Centennial Park
The Emerson Centennial Park has a completely rebuilt swimming pool with zero level entry for suitability of all ages. There is a tennis court, children's playground, ball diamonds, camping and trailer park with new showers and washrooms, electrical and water hook-ups for tourist's convenience. These facilities are quaintly nestled under the trees close to the river. Located at 119 Dennis Street.
Golf
Emerson Golf Course is a well-maintained 9 hole grass green course. Fees are reasonable and the local golfers are friendly. Power carts are available to rent and the course has a new licensed clubhouse. Located on PTH#200 just east of town.
Curling
Emerson Curling Club has 4 sheets of artificial ice, and is conveniently connected to the Emerson Community Complex at 101 Church Street.
Skating
Emerson Skating Rink has natural ice surface, and has under gone numerous renovations over the years. Located at 31 Main Street.

2010 - 2011 Season
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, there will be free public skating this year. Public Skating Hours will be:
Fridays 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. *Saturdays 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. *only if there isn't any hockey games scheduled Sundays 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Shinny fees are as follows:
$ 2.00 per person $ 5.00 adult shinny $30.00 yearly pass 18 and over $25.00 yearly pass 18 and under
Shinny Hours will be:
Tuesdays 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Thursdays 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Thursdays 8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Adult Shinny Only) *Saturdays & Sundays 3:00 p.m. - 6:00p.m. *only if there isn't any hockey games scheduled |
